5 out of 5 – Had the best day

We did the Bali Hai Reef cruise and we had a great time. Due to the weather conditions, we didnt have lunch on the boat, but instead had a bbq lunch at the Bali Hai Beach Club. The food was delicious. Due to not being able to do the activities on the pontoon in the morning, they organised activities near the shore until the weather was better and we could return to the pontoon.
Highly recommend 🙂 – stelepe1980

5 out of 5 -Fun filled memorable experience

We went to Bali Lembongan Island beach club day trip with Bali hai cruise.
The day started with pick up from the hotel by the Bali hai cruise.
They started the cruise drive by around 8 30 am with light break fast.
Weather was clear and suitable for the drive.
It was memorable experience to stand on top deck and enjoy the beauty of the ocean.
In the day trip they provide following activities
1 time snorkeling, 1 time marine view on ther sub marine, 1 time near by village tour.
Unlimited banana boat ride.
On private basis we can go for para sailing and scuba diving.
BBQ lunch is good with live music.
They have live music bank who plays through out the cruise journey. – HarishAsTraveler from Bangalore

5 out of 5 -A must do in Bali

I failed to understand why Bali Hai Cruises has been reviewed so badly by some members (I guess it is mostly for sunset sailing cruise). We booked Aristocat Day Sailing Cruise online for 6 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Starting from the pick up to cruise to lembongan island to drop back at the hotel, everything was so professional. I must say that they are having a great team, both on ground and on sail and at lembongan island. We chose Aristocat because it has got less number of people and you get 1 hour more time at lembongan while they prepare for coming back. Also lunch was delicious and was arranged separately for aristocat team. From start to finish they take utmost care of you, coffee, snacks etc. continue to come with 2 coupons for beverages per person which you may redeem on the boat or at the island. There are lot more activities (some complimentary, some paid) once you arrive at lembongan island. We went for Semi submersible coral viewing which was excellent. Banana boat ride is also one of the fun things that one can enjoy. All in all a must do item for a day if you are in Bali. Appreciate the team and wish them all the best to keep going. Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 -Dinner Cruise…Amazing!!!

I can’t understand some of the terrible reviews on here and have to wonder what people expect or don’t expect. After booking I read the reviews and had I not paid upfront I would have cancelled based on the dinner cruise reviews. I am so so pleased I didnt, This dinner cruise was more than the perfect evening!

This cruise was amazing, picked up from hotel and taken to marina, yes people took your photos and at no time were they pushy in getting you to buy, I did buy two as they were really nice. The boat, the cruise, the sunset, the food, the show, the music, the staff were all amazing!!!.

We had the most perfect sunset, loved the live band. The show was a lot of fun and heaps of people joined in. I was really impressed with the quality of the buffet and range of food, often buffet can all be the same, but it was so nice and fresh and something for everyone.

This cruise was a perfect end to our holiday and would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Bali!

Well done Bali Hai!! – Trina M from Ashburton, New Zealand

5 out of 5 – Must do cruise when in Bali

We did a day trip to Lembongan island. A great trip to do while in Bali. The cruise took us from Benoa marina to the island. They had arranged the pick up from our hotel to tea/coffee inside the cruise and lunch at Bali Hai resort. The arrangement is really nicely done. Also you can do number of water sport at the island. The scenic beauty is mesmerizing white sand deep blue clear water. It was overall a great experience. – DeekshaKA
