Bali Bird Park has been a leader of Bali’s eco tourism scene for more than two decades. The park is committed to the preservation, conservation and breeding of Indonesia’s exotic bird life, as well as birds from other regions of the world too, providing and excellent experience for visitors as well as the birds in their care.
In addition to the Indonesian archipelago, the park also has habitats from Latin America, Africa and Australia, which include indigenous plant life. Call in for refreshments at the open air Bali Starling Restaurant or the Rainforest Cafe where you can enjoy refreshing tropical juices and homemade ice cream. Experience a film in the 4D Air conditioned cinema where surround sound films allow you to learn more about the birds at the park.
Bali Bird Park is committed to protecting and conserving Indonesia’s endangered wildlife. The park has a successful breeding programme that includes the rare Pesquet’s Parrot and numerous Bali Starlings which are breed to support local release programmes. There are more than 40 species of protected Indonesian birds in the park.

I went to this place at April 5, 2018 with my family and really enjoyed the trip to this -not too large- zoo. They had beautiful collection of birds from around Indonesia and Australia and they also had one big Komodo. Bali Bird Park is a good place for parents who wants to introduce bird collection to their children. Will be back withins 2 or 3 years. – Retno W

It was a very pleasant experience. We had lovely 3 hours and we were disappointed when it was over. It is not a very very big place but it is definitely well designed, managed park. The staff are young and polite. First of all, there are lots of interesting ,rare kinds of birds and you can observe them both in cages and free in their closed forest. The park has different parts with hidden doors and this make it more fun, every doors opens different forest and region. The garden is beautiful, no smell or dirt anywhere. It will be a very good experience for children as well .The coffee is very good at the small cafe. There is a very lovely gift shop at the end. You can have photos with the parrots. We hesitated about this…it seemed a bit expensive…but decided to go anyway. When we paid our entrance fee they had a remaining “deal” from Valentines day which included a high tea AND it was a couple of AUD $$ cheaper. The beautiful exotic colourful parrots from South America and our Sulphur crested cockatoos from Oz just inside the entrance. We loved the feel of the place, beautiful garden layouts and open enclosures similar to Australia Zoo. Huge variety of exotic birds from all over the world! Great Birds of Prey display…Did I mention the high tea was delicious too! Well worth a visit! – Kerry A Townsville, Australia

Bali Bird Park has lots of great birds, two neat Jungle walk-thru enclosures where you can join the birds, and the Birds of Prey demonstration is marvelous. Staff is very friendly and activities around the park are designed in such a way that you can easily get chance to participates in them and can enjoy the whole experience up close. Also I recommend you to go early and spend at least 5-7 hrs here. It’s a great delight for all who love to photographs birds and wildlife in all their glory.
