Take home a taste of Bali by learning to cook some of those delicious Balinese meals you’ve been enjoying on your holiday with a cooking class at Anika Bali. Learn cooking techniques, and get to know the fresh herbs, spices and other ingredients that combine to make the unique flavours of Balinese cooking. You’ll learn through hands on experience, as well as demonstrations to prepare meals suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner including satay, grilled fish, curries and black rice pudding. There are a range of subject menus per class, and the morning sessions also includes a tour of the local markets to buy the ingredients you will be using in your dishes. At the end of the course, as well as an unforgettable experience, you’ll also get a booklet of recipes and a certificate of participation. Assisted by our professional chefs, an eight hour hands on cooking class will be followed by lunch where you can dine on a menu based on the dishes you’ve been learning how to prepare.
