Warung Nia is not only a popular restaurant for its menu of wonderful Balinese dishes and pork ribs, but it also hosts a fun, interactive and one of Bali’s best cooking classes. It is great for anyone who wants to learn to cook authentic Balinese dishes, with traditional recipes and techniques, you can take home and enjoy long after your Bali holiday is over. You will be creating memorable dishes for your friends and family in no time at all.

Classes are half-day and begin in the morning accompanying the chefs to the local fish and farmers markets to search for and select fresh tropical sea creatures, meats, poultry, aromatic exotic spices and organically grown tropical fruits. Choose your ingredients for your fully hands-on day of recreating age-old traditional dishes – from satay varieties, fresh salad mixes with spicy sambal sauces and dips, to a range of healthy desserts. Learn the tips and tricks from the chefs whose craft has been perfected over generations. End your class time by sitting down to enjoy your meal, sharing with your group, family or new friends in the class.
