Mount Batur is incredibly popular as a sunrise destination, and there’s very good reason for this; it’s probably one of the most impressive places to see a sunrise that there is. However, popularity brings crowds and that may not be your thing. Enjoy all the beauty and magnificence of walking up an active volcano, but leave later and avoid the crowds who head to the summit for sunrise. This tour takes you on an alternative route and as you’re making the ascent in daylight, you get to really appreciate the natural beauty which surrounds you. 

This tour is suitable for beginners, or those who are less physically fit as it  takes the quickest, safest  possible route to the summit. At the summit you’ll enjoy taking in the views over a coffee break, and then have time to explore the caves, craters and more without the big sunrise crowds!

Pick up & drop off from your hotel is included, as is  breakfast, snacks along the way, coffee break, lunch, all equipment, guides & support team.

Insurance is provided for all participants between the ages of 12 and 65. If you fall outside of this age bracket, you should make sure that you have your own insurance arrangements in place and are accompanied by a healthy adult between the ages of 12 and 65.
